Planning for Eighteen — the Bridge to Lifelong Advocacy
Most of our children are blessed with devoted families, and our legal team serves those families, not instead of them: educational advocacy, benefits navigation, and — beginning years before it arrives — planning for the eighteenth birthday, when guardianship, supported decision-making, and special-needs trusts must be decided.
And for the child who will need protection for life, no cliff awaits: St. Margaret’s children grow into the Lifelong Guardianship & Advocacy Network of our adult community, under the same roof, with the same people, without ever being handed to a stranger.
